This was such a long, unhappy weekend. Rehearsal on Saturday afternnon was good, as only I, Savannah, Nell, and Joey showed up. It ended up just being alot of monologue work, and work on the nunnery scene. It was kind of nice, because I got alot of input. Plus, Cristina (Diana - the director-'s mother) gave me a Kerry/Edwards button. Doubly cool, as Diana just gave me a button that says 'Something Wicked This Way Comes' last week. Woohoo. Oh, also doughnuts.

I went down to the Burrell's with Dad and Lindsay to see Pop-pop, and he was all hooked up to machines and unconcious. My dad was talking to him anyway, and telling him jokes--it felt very sad and very much like a scene out of a movie.

When we got back to the cousin's house at about 11 (after very good, very SPICEY Ethiopian food, which was nice and soft-- a plus, as a I had three teeth pulled the other day), and then spent about 3 hours listening to Dad, Aunt Lil, Suzanne, Lauren, and Uncle Joe argue, yell, and cry about various things regarding Pop-pop, such as whether or not to put a trach in.

I felt so stupid being there, because I really didn't have anything to contribute to this. I had no relationship with the guy, I really..didn't. I mean, he just nominally gave me gifts at Christmas, and that was pretty much it.

So that was terribly angsty. Lindsay and I were rather stuck. We all had very fitful night's sleep (Stephanie's bed is soo uncomfortable, Dad was still upset, and Lindsay was wired), and then drove back up here, and saw Shark Tale because Dad wanted to. It wasn't all that thrilling. I'm not so big into the whole 'gangsta' thing, and gangsta fish don't do it for me any more than do gangsta humans.

I'm trying to unstick myself right now, though I may not be trying enough. It would be easier if I'd had any kind of human contact lately.

Also, Atramentous is so dead. I'm really sad about it. I want it back. It was such an excellent distraction.

More of a red head than I previously was. It's quite shiny. My hair is all...bright auburn. I like henna, I think, although next time I'll get a kind that makes a bigger difference. Lalalalala.

There is a Very Cute Boy who works in my supermarket. I've seen him twice now, and gone down his aisle twice on purpose..because he's cute. He's got straight shaggy strawberry blonde hair and glasses and he seems very quiet. The first time I saw him, I met his gaze over a carton of milk he was handing to me. The second time, my mom said he took a little double take when he saw me. And got nervous. And dropped the chicken. XD I picked it up, and it was *cute*.

I also had a dream the other night about finding a four-leaf clover. But then I realized that the four leaves were opening and expanding into even more leaves. Good omen? What think you?

Also a dream in which I played the Violin. This is supposed to mean peace in the family. GOOD THING.

Okay, I have an official vendetta against my summer chem teacher. So, you know those big beige trays that normally you keep art supplies in? They're about a foot long and 6 inches deep. This teacher, now known as Dumbtwonk, had one of these trays completely full of water. He emptied into the sink in front of my desk. Now, what you must understand is that the sink in front of my desk is really ridiculously small and this tray is very large. And you must also understand that Dumbtwonk did not try to carefully pour his water, he dumped it, so that is went sloshing all over my desk and *ALMOST* soaked all my books. Luckily, the only thing it got was my notes for the day, but he gave me another copy.

You know the best thing? He didn't even apologize. All he said was 'Oops.' Really nice guy. ::shakes fist menacingly::

But then I came home and ate chocolate and went online and looked at lots of fan art. Everyone, go see chimbley's art! She's fantastic.

Went to the chiropractor at 3:30. My neck feels like jelly now, because it was so tight before. I had no idea how bad it was, no wonder I was getting those GOD AWFUL head aches and was in such a pissy mood. 0_o

I went back to the old KO LotR board yesterday or the day before. As Nimmy so adequately put it, "the day that Lanthiriel has to introduce herself to a bunch of middlebies who don't even know her name is a sad day indeed. And it was yesterday." I haven't been there in so long. I've really missed it. ::hugs all old boardies::

I've also officially decided, after discussion with randaroo that I do not have a train of thought. I have a portkey of thought. It's aaaall over the place.
